Gunar Overbeck
Born in Bremen, Germany, Gunar moved to Atlanta in 2004 after completing his associate’s degree in business. He obtained his Bachelor’s in management in 2006, graduating magna cum laude and obtained his master’s in international management in 2007. Overbeck is devoted to continuing education and has obtained several certifications in other management fields including his PMP® (Project Management Professional) credential.
His professional background includes tenures at DaimlerChrysler AG, DNL Logistics, Classen USA and most recently COO of Robina Wood.
He and his wife have four daughters. In his free time, Gunar enjoys playing golf and car racing. Each year he participates in at least one Porsche Sports Cup race in Europe.
